Michael is a holder of a Bsc Honours Construction Management degree obtained at UCT (2003) and a Master in Business Leadership degree obtained at UNISA (2014). Michael’s project planning experience covers a wide range of construction, civil engineering, electrical and power projects, spanning 18 years. He is registered with the Project Management Institute and is accredited as a professional Scheduler: (PMI-SP).
In the last 7 years, some of his assignments have been in forensic planning, defending and presenting delay analysis as well as being instructed to provide expert reports for adjudications and arbitrations.

His involvement with distressed projects, has been instrumental in the development of the skill in presenting and defending claims in the construction market for clients. He has advanced knowledge and experience in the latest forensic programming review techniques and has presented and argued ‘impacted’, ‘as built but for’ and time impact analyses.
He is fully knowledgeable with the majority of planning software and latest techniques particularly those contained in the Society of Construction Law Delay & Disruption Protocol.

Fadzai is a Chartered Accountant registered with SAICA. She has vast experience in financial management which spans over a period of more than fourteen years gained in auditing as well as the corporate environment. She is the Finance and Administration Director at Caprim Consulting (Pty) Ltd and is responsible for the financial and administrative aspects of this growing company. Fadzai is an entrepreneur at heart and her business acumen puts the company in a good position for growth and expansion.

Mack has been in the planning field for 11 years. He attended planning school through Davis & Dean in August 2012 and completed a Project Scheduling course. He completed an MS Project 2010 course in 2013. He uses Primavera P6 software as his main planning tool. He is also efficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and uses them as tools to give reports to clients.
He has work experience in various projects across South Africa, Zambia & the DRC. He has conducted project planning right across the project cycle; from design conception until project close out and this makes him a well-rounded planner.

Mashudu is a young project planner who is eager to apply knowledge and gathered experience in the work Industry. He believes in continuous learning, and he currently holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is proficient in Primavera P6 and competent with Microsoft project planning software.

Nico is a determined project planner who has experience in Structural Steel and Civil Works. Nico holds Project Planning Certifications and is currently on course to complete a Supply Chain and Operations Management Degree. He is sociable and works great with any team.
